Cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing.

One of the most important skincare habits for better skin is cleansing. Chemical free products is the only suitable option for many reasons.

1.Cleansing: Toner (ex Ethereal rose oil/rose water) is very good to start with. It has a contracting and cooling effect. If you sit in front of a computer all day or in dehydrating environments, moisturize your face with a spray shower of rose water.

2.Exfoliating (gentle): A mix of 1/3 castor oil and 2/3 almond oil in your palm. Castor/Ricin is bactericidal, nourishing and good for skin with acne and pimples.  You can replace the almond oil with apricot, sunflower or coconut oil. The oils make the blend more liquid and easier to penetrate the skin. Massage with finger tips over the face, throat and collarbone.Wipe with a towel soaked in hot water.

3.Moisturizing: A mix of roseship seed and amaranth oil. Roseship seed oil contains A- and C -vitamin (which are powerful antioxidants and there for have an anti-aging effect). Amarant is known for its high amount of squalene (which is a copy of the human sebum we lose as we age). To make it a full ACE-treatment, add some drops of E-vitamin in the oil blend.
