This one was a real hit yesterday at my friends clean-food dinner. It’s creamy, melts slowly in the mouth and the taste is so luxurious.
Prep time 5 min, time in the fridge >1 hours before serving. Mix all the ingredients above.
- 1 cup almond butter or other raw nut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (raw virgin oil)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder,
- one fresh date (optional)
- a pinch of salt if your nut butter isn’t salted.
You can add nuts, coconut flakes or cacao nibs in or on the fudge.
