You may call it fast food considering that it takes only 10 minutes to make! Its unbelievable how good it tastes!
Before my yoga revolution I always associated monday with stress, no time for relaxing or making good food and a crazy schedule ahead. Today when easy and clean food recipes have taken over my meal making I realize that I have more time for other things than worrying about what to eat and spending time on cooking, heating and frying. If you dont like asparagus, try broccoli, brussel sprouts or kale. The important is that you use green vegetables, they contain huge amounts of vitamins that boost the immune system, which is quiet fitting in the beginning of spring.
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 cups fresh/frozen spinach leaves
1 cup sliced celery stalk
2 cups fresh/frozen asparagus
1/2 inch fresh ginger (optional)
1 onion or/and 1 garlic clove
Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon
Seeds for garnish
Mix altogether and done!
