Broccoli Snacks

You maybe don’t associate broccoli with snacks, but Broccoli are delicious as chips and healthier than potato chips and candy! Oven-roast long enough and add some tasty spices. If you want it raw like I do, lower the temperature to 50 celsius/125 fahrenheit and oven bake for 12h.

You need:2 broccoli, 4 tbs olive oil, little chiliflakes, salt and pepper
1. Set the oven at 250 celsius/480 fahrenheit. Set the tray in the oven for 10 min and let it warm up. 2. Cut the broccoli heads and mix with olive oil and spices in a bowl. 4. Take out the plate and add broccoli chips with the flat side down. 5. Roast in the oven for 20 min.

Ingredienser: 2 broccoli, 4 msk olivolja, 1-2 krm chiliflakes, salt och peppar
1. Sätt ugn på 250 grader. Ställ in plåten i ugnen i 10 min och låt den värmas upp.
 2. Skär broccolihuvudena och blanda med olivolja och chiliflakes i en skål. Salta och peppra
. 4. Ta ut plåten och lägg broccolichipsen med den platta sidan ner.
 5. Rosta i ugnen ca 20 min. Eller om du vill ha det raw, rosta vid 50 grader med öppen ugnslucka under 12 h, då blir dem som godast.

Serveringstips: Riv parmesan över de varma broccolichipsen och servera genast.
