Make your own chocolate! It’s easy and fun. You can vary endlessly with the toppings. For example an orange flavored chocolate bar with grated orange peel and wolfberries and crushed almonds or a spicy bar with chili flakes, sea salt and saffron.
1 cup Raw Cocoa Butter
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Pure and Raw Vanilla Powder
Little Sea salt
2 tbsp flour from oats
Sweetening: Yaccon/Agave Syrup/Honey or dried fruit like goji, blueberries, mango, apple or other. Of course the dry fruit/berries should not be sweetened with sugar or juice.
Optional: cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, grated orange peel, chili flakes, cardamom, cinnamon (good with dried apples) almonds, cashew, pecan, sesame or other seeds/nuts
