Raw Snickers Bars

These pieces of heaven have been very popular among my friends. There is no raffinated sugar and only healthy stuff in it. The bars are very satiating since they consist of only good fat and fruit. It’s great for snacks or making as a cake and offer as dessert.


2 cups raw nuts (cashews, almond, peanuts or other)

1,5 cup dades (they need to be soft and fresh, not dried)

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy, with bits of peanuts)

4 tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp raw cocoa powder

1 tsp raw agave syrup

Layer 1: Mix nuts and dates and spread on a plate, put in the freezer. Here you can experiment and try a thicker lower layer for more cakey look.Taste every layer after the mixing and add the ingredient you want more of.

Layer 2: Mix raw (soaked and dried) peanuts or use organic crunchy peanut butter from the store,  spread on the lower cold layer.

Frosting: Mix  4tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp agave syrup, 2 tsp cocoa powder, spread on the second layer and put the plate in the freezer, cut into pieces after 2 hours. Keep the cake in the fridge or freezer.
