2 cups Almond Flour (54% fat, 19% protein and only 5% carbs)
1 tsp Psyllium Seed Husk/ Fiber husk (contains 0 carbs, keeps the pancake together on the fryingpan)
3 Organic Eggs
2 tbsp Coconut Oil (because it’s is one of few oils that can take high temperature without ruining the structure of the fatty acids)
A little salt
Mix and fry in small pancakes. Make them unsweetened and put the toppings afterwards instead. For example the first one with avocados and scrambled eggs and the second with sweeter toppings like honey, agave syrup, fresh fruits like mango/strawberry and pineapple.
