Christmassy chia pudding

This is a quit healthy and luxurious dessert or breakfast if you want. This is much better than all the appealing and crazy sugary Christmas candy, cakes, and cookies you usually eat.

2 cups almond milk

4 tbsp chia seeds

0.5 tsp cinnamon

0.5 tsp cardamom

0.5 tsp ginger

Mix all ingredients and pour into glasses. Let swell in the fridge for 2 hours. Garnish with chopped nuts and seeds (for more protein). You can vary this recipe in many different ways. For more vanilla taste add raw vanilla powder (only crushed from 100% real Vanilla, NOT Vanilla sugar because that’s a different thing.) Want to make it more chocolaty, add some crushed cocoa bits. Want it more sweet, mix the nuts with honey or raw agave syrup and garnish.

  1. Não sei pq há tanta necessidade de ter cenas
    de sexo nas novelas… sejam cenas de héteros ou gays…
    não palato, acho acessório, cada um sabe q faz na sua intimidade e também isso basta…
    quem quiser testemunhar cenas de sexo, q assista a um filme pornô…
    Obs: Não vou evangélica, nem católica e etc.
