Lowcarb Quark Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp psyllium seed husk
15 g protein powder * Optional/ Almond fluor
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions: Beat the eggs fluffy, then whisk the remaining ingredients.
Heat a pan with oil and turn down the heat. Pour into small pancakes, fry them 4 minutes on each side.

Ingredienser
2 ägg
1 dl kvarg
1 tsk fiberhusk
1m msk proteinpulver *valfritt/ Mandelmjöl
1 msk kokosolja att steka i
  1. Vispa äggen fluffiga, vispa sedan ner övriga ingredienser.
  2. Hetta upp en panna med oljan och dra ner värmen. Häll ut små plättar, stek dem 4 min på varje sida.
