Homemade flapjacks

Start to carry around a bottle of water and a sliced lemon to squeeze into the bottle when you feel like giving up. A few sips of lemon juice helps instantly against sugar cravings. And water is good, it goes without saying. Most important of all, try to hold yourself until you eat real food.

If this is impossible then this can be a solution. A homemade flapjack with natural sweeteners, vitamins and fibres.

These are easy to make and eat as snacks at school/work. And they’re healthy, its like an oatmeal but this you can have in your pocket and eat when you’re on the go.

75 grams coconut oil, 3 cups oatmeal, 0,5 cup sunflower seeds, 0.5 agave nectar, 1 tbsp ginger/cinnamon, 2 drops vanilla extract , 0,5 cup dried fruit, coconut flakes/chia seeds.

Melt the oil in a frying pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients into the pan. Press the mixture into a square shape. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 min.

75 gram kokosolja, 3 dl havregryn, 0,5dl solrosfrön, 0,5 agave sirap, 1 krm ingefära/kanel, 2 droppar vaniljextract, 50 gram torkad frukt, kokosflingor/chiafrön. Smält oljan i en stekpanna. Rör ner övriga ingredienser i det smälta oljan. Tryck ut smeten i en fyrkantig form. Grädda i 200 grader celsius i 15-20 minuter.. Ta ut och låt svalna.
