1 cup (100 g) oats, 10 dates, 1 cup (240 g) macadamia/almond/cacao butter, cashews/other nuts, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp ground vanilla beans, 2 tbsp water, 1/2 cup (80 g) raw chocolate bits
Blend the oats until coarsely ground. Add the dates, nut butter, vanilla, water. Blend until it looks like dough. Roll out and cut into square cookies, on a baking sheet. Put in the fridge for 30 min. Store the cookies in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for 6 months.
