Raw Pizza

Pizza base: 0,5dl hemp seeds, 0,5dl pumpkin seed, 0,5dl sunflower seeds, 0,5dl walnuts, 2 tsp fresh basil leaves, 1 tbsp agave syrup, 2 dates, 2 tablespoons water, 0,5 onion, 3 sliced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Put all ingredients in a blender, shape on baking paper, put in oven on 40 degree Celsius for 4hours.

Pesto: 4 dl fresh spinach, 0,5dl pine nuts, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp water, 1 tbsp agave syrup, salt and pepper. Put the ingredients in blender until smooth, put in the fridge.

Toppings: example mushrooms, different colored carrots, olives, bell pepper, tomato, herbs, tamari sauce (japanese soy sauce). Cut into slices, mix with the tamari and herbs, marinate in oven until soft.
