I’ve made it! From 65,7 to 61,3 without getting smaller around the legs and arms. Just a tiny inch loss around the waist. All thanks to veggies and legumes!
I believe this means one thing, I have cleaned the stomach from bad food. I feel some sort of lightness. This is definitely worth trying! This past week has not only been about food but also about sleep and calmer training. When I say calm exercise I mean that I’ve exercised everyday but not as hard that I’m used to.
From hard and very sweaty circuit training without breaks three times a week to calmer exercise (hot ashtanga yoga and calm strength workouts) every day.
Best feeling anyway is that I feel more positive to life. I really recommend a detox week for any one who feels heavy, tired or depressed or just wants to try something new.
