Paleo review

These past weeks have been really difficult.

Since I wanted to reduce intake of meat and milk due to the conclusion from the veggie diet that it feels better in the stomach, the Paleo menu became rather monotonous. You could not eat legumes or oats like rye bread, since they didn’t eat that during Stone Age. This made it difficult for me to get protein (especially important intake after exercise) and most important of all enough energy during the day.

I’ve lost weight, but not in a positive way. My arms and legs have got smaller, but nothing from the waist, which only means that I’ve lost muscles. So now we move on and start with the detox diet next week.

Conslusion: Paleo is nothing for vegans, raw-food-eaters or flexitarians (vegitarians who eat meat max once a week/month).
