Healthy oat balls

Made these for desert, delicious! Perfect for picnic or just bringing with you to school/work.

120gr coconut oil

1 tbsp agave syrup

1,5 tsp vanilla sugar

5 cups oats

2 tbsp cacao pulver

1 cup coconut flakes

0,5 cup freshly brewed coffee (optional, replace oat milk)

Whisk coconut oil, vanilla sugar and banana hard for 5min. Add oats, cacao and coffee, whisk for 5 min. Let it cool in the fridge. Form into balls, roll in coconut flakes. Store in fridge.

Vispa smör, vaniljsocker och socker kraftigt i 5 min med elvisp. Tillsätt havregryn, kakao och kaffet, vispa 5 min till. Låt stelna i kylen. Forma bollar med en sked, rulla i kokosflingor.
