Crisp bread home made

Made this delicious crisp bread for breakfast. An excellent replacement for white bread. Contains lots of healthy proteins from the different seeds and no white flour, preservatives or sugar.

  • 0.5 cup crushed linseed
  • 0.5 cup of chia seed
  • 0.5 cup sesame seed
  • 0,5 cup pumpkin seed
  • 0.5 cup hemp seed
  • 1 cup sunflower seed
  • 1.5 cup spelled flour or other wholegrain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups water more or less

Put the oven on 150 Celsius/300 Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients, spread on baking tray. Bake for 15 min, take out and cut in squares, put back for another 20 min. Done!

jvjl,v0,5dl linfrön. 0,5dl chiafrön. 0,5dl sesamfrö. 0,5dl pumpakärnor. 0.5dl hampafr;n. 1dl solroskärnor. 1,5dl dinkelmjöl elr annat fullkornsmjöl. 1tsk salt. 1,5dl vatten.

Sätt ugnen på 150˚C. Blanda alla torra ingredienser. Tillsätt vattnet och oljan och rör om till en lös smet. Bred ut smeten på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Grädda mitt i ugnen ca 20 min. Ta ut plåten och skär i bitar. Grädda ytterligare 20 min. Låt knäcket svalna på galler.
