Strawberry sorbet

This is great for a light breakfast, desert – a very appreciated one, or just a small meal when you want somerhing fast and sweet. 

4 cups frozen strawberries, 2 banana, 0,5 cup mint, 2 tbsp Agave syrup. Pour 0,5 cup of water into a pan, cook for 2 minutes, let it soak in the water for 5 minutes. Mix the strawberries, banana and agave, add the mint water (without the mint leaves). Pour it into forms, store in freezer.

This recipe can be made in lots of variations, replace strawberry with blueberry, mango or raspberry and you’ll get a new flavor.
